I must be a simple girl-I like Apple Mail and Notes. I use Notes for long term items, like which printer ink I need for each printer in our house. Easy to reference when I’m at the store. Also use notes for plane reservation confirmation numbers. Looking at a note is quicker than finding and reading an email.

I also love Reminders. My only beef with it is that when you create a reminder, you have to go back in to set a date and time. That should be automatic, otherwise, what’s the point of creating the reminder in the first place?

As for calendars, I’ve been testing Fantastical for both Mac and iOS, and I really like it. It would be better if I was running Lion or Mountain Lion since it would sync across all my devices, but that’s not the app’s fault. (I’m using Snow Leopard on my 2008 MacBook.)

As you know, Scott, I love when you talk about apps, so keep them coming!
